HOTEL POLICIES
PLEASE NOTE: The main hotel wing of Vineyard Square Hotel & Suites does not have an elevator. We do have some accessible rooms on our second floor. Please contact our Edgartown Hotel directly at 508-627-4711 if you have any mobility issues.
Check-in and Check-out
- Main Hotel Wing: Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out is prior to 11 a.m.
- Luxury Suites (Edgartown Residence Wing): Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out is prior to 10 a.m.
Deposit Policy: To guarantee reservations of 3 nights or less, full payment is due when making your reservation. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a deposit of 50% of stay. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and personal checks if received within 7 days after making your reservation.
Parking
We have parking spots available at no charge, but not enough for every room. They are first come, first served, so please remember that you MUST reserve in advance.
Cancellation Policy
For the remainder of 2020, we are offering a “Sleep More, Stress Less” cancellation policy. All reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival with a full refund of your deposit. Please call (508) 627-4711 if you have any questions or to make changes to your reservation.
For All Reservations
Late arrivals or early departures are responsible for payment in full.
Pet Policy
We have two suites, with separate entrances off of Winter St., where well-behaved dogs (and their companions) are welcome. Please inquire directly with our Edgartown Hotel at 508-627-4711. Learn more
Please Note:
During the off-season (November-April), our front desk is staffed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are happy to accommodate arrivals and departures outside of these hours with advance notice.
