Local Wild Food Challenge The FARM Institute challenges you to a culinary competition, unlike many others: in order to enter a dish to the challenge, you must forage, hunt, gather, or trade ingredients.

Fall Festival at the Farm Hub Direct yourself to Island Grown Initiative in Vineyard Haven for cider pressing, pumpkin carving, and fun workshops. Costumes encouraged!


November 18 – December 18

Featherstone Center for the Arts Holiday Gift Show Take care of holiday shopping by browsing unique gifts from Island artists. The gift show runs every day from 12-4p.m. until December 18.


November 24 – 25

21st Annual Thanksgiving Weekend Artisans Festival Walk off that holiday dinner at the largest holiday art show by Islanders. From hand-made soaps to leather crafts, you’re sure to find something to bring home for someone special (including yourself!).
